Moments when we doubt ourselves happens everyday. The key is to not let those moments define us.

This is not a one-off process, there are a few steps we need to take to move fully through our self-doubt.
First, we need to write down our self-doubts to help us remove any shame we feel about feeling these thoughts. Remember you are human and its totally normal to lack confidence sometime.
Next, remember that confidence comes with time and it's okay to take one step at a time. You can also build up your confidence by setting small reminders like affirmations on post-it notes in your home or periodic recurring reminders on your phone with strong positive statements.

So next time you ask yourself "why me?", remember that you are allowed to doubt yourself, but also you ARE strong and capable of achieving your goals.
