Full-Stack Engineer ｜ AI × Web Service Development
📍 Location: Tokyo (Remote work negotiable)
💰 Salary: 4M–12M JPY / year
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 / Flexible hours available

💼 Job Overview
Join our in-house development team working across AI, IoT, and HRTech products.
You will be involved end-to-end—from frontend to backend, and even cloud infrastructure—in a true full-stack engineering role.

Key Responsibilities
Design, development, and testing of web applications
Backend & frontend development using Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Cloud infrastructure design & operation (AWS / GCP)
API & database design / implementation
Development of automation tools and workflow optimization systems
Integration with AI engines and IoT devices
Requirement definition & specification coordination
Code reviews and team-based development

🛠 Tech Stack
Languages: Python / Java / Go / JavaScript / TypeScript
Frameworks: React / Next.js / Nuxt.js / Django
Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.)
Tools: GitHub / Docker

🔍 Requirements
✅ Must-Haves
3+ years of professional web application development experience
Experience with Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Hands-on experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL, etc.)
Experience developing and operating on AWS or GCP
Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher
Bachelor’s degree

💡 Nice-to-Haves
Experience with React / Next.js / React Native
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Strong interest in AI & IoT technologies
Experience with requirement definition or upstream development
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
