ブラックアーチ農法とは、、、

ブラックアーチ農法とは、お茶の新芽が出てきてからの二週間程度、黒色の遮光ネットをアーチ型のパイプの上から被せることにより、お茶の葉が擦れて傷がつくのを防ぐとともに、お茶の持っている濃厚な旨み・甘みをより引き出し、渋みを抑えます。お茶の葉（生葉）がとても濃い緑になるのが特徴です。急須から淹れたお茶の色も濃い緑になります。

土作りのこだわり、、、

松田製茶は徹底した土作りにこだわっています。
茶畑全ての成分分析を行い、よりお客様に安全、安心そして美味しいお茶届けています。その根底にあるものが「美味しいお茶ができるのは畑から」。

Matsuda seicha uses Black arch agricultural methods to cultivate high quality of tea leaves which is (Sashima tea ) and also they sell their products by themselves.
Nowadays, people tend to avoid drinking green tea with teapot so Matsuda seicha try to do best to cultivate extraordinary real Japanese green tea(Sashima tea) for letting people be interested in drinking tea. That is their concept to be.

What is Sashima tea ?
Sashima tea is cultivated in south west side of Ibaraki pref. The main tea leaves of Matsuda seicha.

What is Black arch agricultural method ?
Black arch agricultural method is when a sprout comes out ,black shading net covers the sprout for 2weeks in order to prevent getting damaged and to make thick taste and sweetness taste .
The feature of tea leaves are deep green color and when it is poured by tea pot tea leaves will be deep green color too .

How important to care about soil ？
Matsuda seicha devote themselves to focus and care about soil because good tea needs to have good soil.
They do ingredients analysis all tea plantations for safety and relief.
