美味しい美味しい茎茶の販売開始です😌加工工程ででる若枝、新芽の茎を混ぜて作られる茎茶は「二級品」として認識されることが多いですが、甘みや旨味はむしろ茎茶のほうが豊富にあるとも言われています。テアニン（アミノ酸）も茎茶には多く含まれており、健康効果も期待できます。

Kukicha twig tea, is a Japanese blend made of stems and twigs. It is available as a green tea or in more oxidised processing. Our Kukicha has a unique flavor and aroma among teas, due to its being composed of parts of the tea plant that are excluded from most other teas.

Also, Kukicha is one of the preferred teas of the macrobiotic diet.
