Funded by the European Commission, the project aims at improving the working conditions in through the extension of insurance against occupational accidents, improve care, accident prevention and rehabilitation of workers.

It's not only a fascinating subject to work on but also a very important one for population around the world and I'm glad I had the chance to witness some of it and help spread awareness while meeting and working with great people (Anne Bnr, Mohammad & Wafa'a!)

A few months ago, Sami reached out to me after seeing some of my work, he was looking for an editor to do some changes on his film - a 20 minutes long documentary on the Palestinian indie music scene. I was glad to hear that he appreciated my work and honoured that he would trust me with his "baby". Re-editing was also something that I had never done before and I was happy to take on that new challenge.
After browsing through terabytes and terabytes of footage, hours of suffering using his MacBook for the editing (compatibility issues, couldn't use my PC 😨), numerous meetings IRL and online, some copyright headaches and making a new friend, I delivered a final cut that we were both proud of. 🥳
Politics is never far when talking about Palestine, yet the film smartly takes a different angle on the topic and challenges that notion while amplifying the voices of talented budding artists and discussing the difficulties they face, some known to every artist around the world others unique to them.
