The modern villa is supported by a carefully designed structural system featuring large cantilevers that extend from the main volume, creating spacious shaded areas below. Two slanted concrete columns are strategically placed to transfer loads from the upper block to the foundation, allowing for open interior spaces without additional vertical supports. The use of solid slabs throughout enhances the overall stability of the structure, effectively distributing weight across the span. This combination of cantilevers and slanted columns not only provides essential support but also contributes to the villa’s strength and resilience, ensuring it can withstand various loads while maintaining an inviting, open layout.
