We are delighted to welcome new Editorial Board members who joined us recently!

Each week we will introduce our new EB members, starting with Dr Mohammad M. Alazaizeh.

Dr Alazaizeh is currently an Associate Professor of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management at the College of Communication and Media Sciences at Zayed University, UAE. He also keeps his position as Associate Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at the University of Jordan.

He uses interdisciplinary research methods to study and address recreation and tourism development, planning and management issues at natural and cultural heritage sites. His research helps heritage site professionals and managers characterise, evaluate and manage visitors and their experiences.

His published works focused on a number of topics including tour guide performance at heritage sites, heritage tourists’ loyalty, sustainable behaviour, tourist experience and satisfaction, crowding and carrying capacity in heritage sites, and heritage value orientations.
