In the heart of Milan, on Viale Bianca Maria, we served as Project Managers for the complete renovation of a prestigious private residence, coordinating all phases of the construction process through to turnkey delivery.
This project was characterized by highly customized work, artisanal finishes, and carefully selected materials, with strict control over timelines, costs, and quality serving as a central element at every stage of the project.
By coordinating designers, contractors, and specialized suppliers, we transformed a historic building into a contemporary residence that combines elegance, comfort, and attention to detail.

Ci siamo occupati del coordinamento delle attività, del monitoraggio delle criticità e del supporto a Facility e Procurement nelle analisi tecniche ed economiche, garantendo continuità operativa e controllo lungo l’intero processo realizzativo.

For the new Italian headquarters of Volkswagen Financial Services, we worked alongside the client as part of the facility management team, overseeing the project throughout all its operational phases.

We handled the coordination of activities, monitored critical issues, and supported the Facility and Procurement teams in technical and economic analyses, ensuring operational continuity and oversight throughout the entire construction process.
