Say no to exercise, say yes to joyful movement! Move your body for fun, relax and wellness, not to modify it, lose weight or gain muscle.
Do some self-care instead! Examples: write in your journal, drink tea, read a book, watch a tv show, go play some sports for fun. You can eat and don’t exercise. Nothing bad will happen.

Ditch diet culture and all the detox and lose that Christmas weight posts which we’ll be bombarded with over the next few days!
“In a society that profits from self-doubt, liking yourself is an act of revolution”.
Start that revolution by not making new meal plans for the new year!
Commit to body peace, not weight loss.

I hope your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were as merry and bright as possible under the current circumstances.
Remember: it’s okay if you ate more than usual today. It’s normal and everybody does. It will not make you huge, and throw away that scale anyway. You are more than a number. Make that one of your core beliefs for 2021. Core beliefs are what we build our self-confidence upon. Make yourself a priority over your ED.
