💃 Final Workshop - 27th February 2026, Rome

During the final event of the Tango-Life project, the last public demonstration took place at the Tango Bar dance school, with the involvement of the participants from the association L’emozione non ha voce Onlus.

The practical session gave the participants the chance to get involved, guided by the operators and partners, creating movement, connection and joy through tango therapy.

Final Conference - February 27, 2026 - Rome and Online

The final Tango-Life conference was held at the Nuovo Cinema Aquila in Rome and streamed live on Zoom and Facebook.

🎤 The event began with a welcome from the lead partner, MfC - Maendeleo for Children, and a presentation of the project and its results. This was followed by presentations from partners Fede in Azione Cooperativa Sociale, Društvo za kulturo inkluzije and Ibonis on the vet course developed in Italy, Slovenia, and Spain and the workshops organized in the three countries.

After a short break, there was a round table discussion entitled “Tango Therapy: Inclusion, Well-Being, and Professionalism” with contributions from Tango Bar, the stakeholder L'Oltre TANGO, and Društvo za kulturo inkluzije.
Finally, there was a last contribution from the association L’emozione non ha voce Onlus, which also took part in the practical session in the afternoon!

The final event was an opportunity to share the results and talk about what had been developed, but above all, it provided an excellent basis for possible follow-up actions.

Final Meeting - February 27, 2026 💻

Last Friday, before the final public event, the last internal meeting between the Tango-Life partners was held.
Our partners met in Rome, with some joining online, to review all the actions taken and results achieved. This working meeting was also an opportunity to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the project and discuss its follow-up.

The event will be open to institutions, third sector organizations, sports organizations, social and health professionals, interested citizens and will be divided into two distinct parts:

The event will consist of two main parts:

During the networking session at the “SMARTY 2025” event held yesterday by SMe System Srl and organized by our partner MfC and the Ndsan - New Dsa Network, the attendees had the opportunity to get to know each other better, identify possible synergies, lay the bases for new projects, and learn about various projects, including Tango-Life!

TANGO-LIFE mobility - Spain 24th October 2025! 💃

Our partners gathered in Barcelona for a morning working meeting to update each other on the progress of the project activities, results achieved and next steps.

In the afternoon, there was a public demonstration with the Tango-Life workshop.

Our workshops were officially presented in all the partner countries involved in this project. 🧡🧡
