What a match! ⚽️ Our UCEAP students in Rome had an unforgettable experience at the AS Roma vs. Stuttgart game a couple of weeks ago as part of their Sport and Society class. Talk about an amazing way to learn!

Our University of California students visited ExtraLibera, the interactive exhibition by the Libera association that guides visitors through a powerful exploration of the mafia phenomenon.

They immersed themselves in the experience, discovering how everyday actions can help counter organized crime. Students connected with the stories of innocent victims and those who dedicated their lives to justice.

A moving moment came when they selected a name from the wall that displays a continuous flow of victims. Each student carried that name with them throughout the visit, symbolically taking responsibility for honoring that memory even after leaving ExtraLibera.
