Structure = elasticity: rib, interlock, and tuck/miss deliver stretch and recovery without spandex, preserving single‑fiber recyclability at the end of life.

Choose threads, labels, and trims made from the same type of fiber; use the same dyes that match the EU recycling guidelines to minimise contamination.

Test seams and pilling on tees/fleece; today, blends may still be needed for extreme performance.

Include recyclability in the BOM: single‑fiber yarns and threads, removable hardware, and confirmed chemical lists.
