According to investors and analytics firms, Metaverse real-estate sales topped $500 million in 2021 and could double this year.
So far, real estate sales have been concentrated on the "Big Four" - Sandbox, Decentraland, Cryptovoxels, and Somnium- and the operation is based on virtual Parcels, plots, or land that you can buy and then build a property.

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is looking for private sector partners to implement various projects in New Clark City and they have investment opportunities:

▪︎ A multi-modal transport hub;
▪︎ Eco-theme parks and ecotourism spots;
▪︎ Mixed-use, retail, food and beverage establishments;
▪︎ Research and knowledge-based pharmaceutical and medical facilities;
▪︎ A data center colocation facility.

BCDA is also looking for partners for the implementation of
▪︎ The New Clark City Pilot Affordable Housing project;
▪︎ The New Clark City Common ICT corridor;
▪︎ The Solid Waste Management and Waste-to-Energy project;
▪︎ The provision of estate management services;
▪︎ The operations and maintenance of its sports facilities.
