Ciao! I’m Ranah.

I was born in Los Angeles but spent most of my adult life in New York City, where I took a huge leap of faith and transitioned from the music/marketing business (CAA]) to fitness 8 years ago. 

Speaking of music…. it’s my drug of choice 🎶☕️🧨.

It’s also a huge element of the Movement IQ experience, a fitness method I developed in 2019 that honours moving in harmony with your body and with utmost consciousness - all whilst lifting weights. 

The method is also heavily based on the study of biomechanics and functional movement systems - subjects I taught for Equinox Fitness Training Institute (Equinox] ) where I started my fitness career.

My mind can be quite brainy and pragmatic but my soul and inner child is an explosion of : 🔥✨🌈🍄🪩💃🏻‼️🚀💖

I f***ing love to dance.

How I ended up in Florence with my studio is a story for another day, but the moral is to follow your heart (always) and believe in the shining light that keeps calling your name - even if everyone else thinks you’re crazy.

Ciao, sono Ranah.
Sono nata a Los Angeles ma ho trascorso la mia vita da grande a New York City, dove ho fatto un enorme atto di fede e sono passata dal business della musica/marketing (CAA] ) al fitness 8 anni fa.

E parlando della musica... è la mia droga preferita. 

È anche un enorme elemento dell'esperienza di Movement IQ, un metodo di allenamento che ho creato nel 2019, che onora muoversi in armonia con il corpo, mentre si sollevano pesi.

Il metodo è anche fortemente basato sullo studio della biomeccanica e dei sistemi di movimento funzionale. Entrambe sono materie che insegnavo all'Equinox (Equinox]), dove ho iniziato la mia carriera nel fitness.

La mia mente può essere intelligente e pragmatica, ma la mia anima e la mia “inner child” sono un'esplosione di divertimento.
