Closing a Landmark in Digital Art – Platform 101 Vol.05: Hidden Geometry & Glitch Art
Platform 101 Vol.05 officially comes to a close after 91 days of continuous screenings. Featuring 21 video artists from 13 countries over the course of 7 weeks, the exhibition stands as a historic milestone in the evolution of video and digital art in Iran and the Middle East.
Curated by Mohammad Ali Famori, this exhibition held at Rischee29 Art Gallery in Tehran, this ambitious program explored the intersection of glitch aesthetics and fractal-inspired visuals, reflecting on themes of structure, disruption, and transformation. It marked one of the longest-running international video art exhibitions in the region, a testament to Platform 101’s ongoing mission to sustain and elevate video art in Iran, where its presence has long been fragmented.
We thank all the participating artists, collaborators, and supporters who made this moment possible.
