🇺🇸💣 U.S. SHATTERED THE CEASEFIRE AND UNLEASHED A NEW WAVE OF STRIKES ON IRAN DURING KHAMENEI'S FUNERAL

🎯 U.S. Central Command announced it has begun launching a series of "powerful strikes" against Iran. According to Washington, it's the direct response to Iranian attacks on three commercial vessels crossing the Strait of Hormuz.

⛴️ The targets, according to two U.S. officials, were port facilities, missile and drone sites, and air defense batteries. Iranian state television reported explosions in the port cities of Bandar Abbas and Sirik, and on Qeshm Island. One official put it bluntly: "This is punishment. It won't be over for a bit."

🛢️ The blow came doubled: the Treasury revoked the license allowing Iran to sell oil, cutting off a key revenue source that had been negotiated during the truce. Tehran was given until July 17 to wind down its transactions.

🕯️ And it all erupted at the worst possible moment: as hundreds of thousands of Iranians mourned former supreme leader Ali Khamenei in Qom, killed at the start of the war. Iran's foreign ministry called the move a serious violation of the agreement and warned that Washington will bear the consequences.
