🚗✨ Opening of the Car Maintenance Workshop in Ninewa ✨🚗
ASB, in partnership with Sunrise NGO and with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is proud to announce the opening of the Car Maintenance Workshop under the Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs – Vocational Training Department in Ninewa (Mosul), on 17 September 2025.
the fully equipped workshop with modern tools, computers, cooling systems, and a solar energy unit provides youth with the opportunity to learn hands-on skills in advanced car diagnostics and repair using state-of-the-art equipment. By doing so, it not only builds professional skills and job opportunities but also reduces the need for residents of Mosul to travel outside the city for vehicle maintenance and repair.
💡 The initiative represents a vital step in strengthening livelihoods, empowering young people, and supporting the economic recovery of Ninewa.
ASB extends its sincere thanks to Sunrise, BMZ, and all stakeholders for making this milestone possible.
