Have this meal after your intense workout.

1.) 4 🍞 slices of multigrain,white or brown bread. Use any of them.
Post workout white bread will be best to refill the glycogen level fast.

2.) apply 2tb spoon peanut butter πŸ₯œπŸ§ˆ on bread.
Here using my personal MyFitness natural peanut butter chocolate flavour.
Best in taste ,thickness and quality.
You may use any other brand or home made natural peanut butter.

3.) 🍌🍌 2 medium size banana cut them with knife equally and put them on bread.

4.)add 1tb spoon honey 🍯 on it.

Your high calories banana peanut butter sandwiche is ready. 🍞🍌
Total Calories around 750-800
4 multigrain bread slice= 278 cal
2 banana medium size = 234 cal
2 tb spoon peanut butter = 200 cal
1tb spoon natural honey = 67 cal

Have it along with 1 scoop of whey protein βœ…
