Not about making a difference between men and women. The society is ultimately living together, winning together always. But we know how difficult it is actually for women to get through all the barriers.

In the last ICC Men cricket world cup India lost in the final with australia. People were crying on roads after spending thousands to mount the TV screen on the road, to arrange food with alcohol, thinking India will beat australia in the final for sure. But they failed, we failed.

Indian women team had beaten australian women's sharp in the semi final. Jemimah played from number 3 to the last. And an incredible century but without any celebration. Her aim was to win clearly. And not only her, every player. Richa, Harmanpreet , Smriti, Deepti, Kranti, Renuka (my favourite baller), shree and the rest.

Salute women! You just didn't win the semi final. You won everything. The upcoming generation needs this environment of standing still like a metal rod with pride.

We're waiting for the final match and we all are together.
