Some days productive.
Some days just surviving.
Still learning to be honest with myself.

Have you ever been talking to someone…
and suddenly your mind goes completely blank?
You can’t remember what the other person just said,
or even what you were talking about a moment ago…
For many people, this can be “Brain Fog” or stress-related “Dissociation.”
What it really means is…
When your brain becomes mentally exhausted,
it tries to take a small pause on its own.
So when this happens, don’t panic.
You’re not the only one experiencing this.
Your mind may simply be trying to tell you:
“I need a break.”
At that moment,
💧 Take a sip of water.
🌬️ Take a deep breath.
🖐️ Sit calmly for 5 seconds.
And then honestly ask the person in front of you:
“Sorry… I just blanked out for a second. What were you saying?”
Because the mind is like a machine.
If it keeps running continuously for too long…
even it needs a pause sometimes.
So when your mind feels tired,
don’t ignore it…
learn to give it some rest.

Same work. Same mindset.
But the temperature changed everything.
When I worked around 24–26°C, I could focus better, think clearly, and get more work done without feeling drained.
At 30°C, even simple tasks started feeling heavy after a while.
This summer made me realize something:
productivity is not just about discipline or motivation.
Your environment matters more than we think.
