It once again fortifies the power on trust and mutual respect/ understanding in a collaboration project like this. and needless to say, client is super happy and so are we!!

When client approached us to design Furniture display centre + Office space, we were thrilled to see the architectural space!

Glass Box facing to North and East and Steel structure made it appear very light. The structure also has a lot of green areas around.

Hence the design ideology is based on focussing on the products with the overall space acting as the backdrop.

The double height atrium enhances the entry experience while the central atrium with palm trees continues to connect with the outdoors.

We attempted not block any natural light to appreciate the products in a better way.

While pitching for tenders, we often come across pre bid meetings in which we have to raise queries regarding the project.

I have often seen clients and project manager's amalgamating all question sheets from all designers and replying to all of them on a common platform.

While the intent behind the same is good, I strongly oppose the move. Because many a times we end up asking questions which are related to some radical design thinking!! By exposing them on a common platform, it actually destroys the ideological advantage that we will have while design presentation !!

The same goes with technical queries too. Let there be vendor based replies only. Whoever asks maximum queries, gets maximum answers.

Our queries are a reflection of our knowledge and experience.
