Out of a total 16 staff members, only 5 are male employees, and even among them:

2 are peons,
1 is the Branch Head,
1 is a cashier, and
1 is a banking associate.
With this skewed structure, the branch has become dysfunctional in handling pressure, managing queues, and providing the kind of financial services expected by the loyal customer base it has served for years.
