I get hurt ..
and I know that everyone gets hurt too
But me….I get hurt so deeply
And I used to think that this is a flaw there is something wrong in me ..
But then I realized
The reason why I get hurt so deeply is is that
I also love so deeply
I care so deeply
I mean every single word I say and I’d die for the ones I’love literally not metaphorically
I don’t lie or manipulate
Because why would I?
And so I expect people to hold on to the same things in the bargain
But they usually don’t
And that’s when I swear I won’t love so deeply again..
But I end up doing so anyways
And I realized that this is the way of love and life
As long as we live
We take chance
We try
And we try again
But we don’t change who we are
No matter how much we tried.

सब पूछीं, पर हाल न पूछीं,
ई मुश्किल सवाल न पूछीं।

चेहरा पर बस हँसी देख लीं,
अन्दर के मलाल न पूछीं।

अब टूट रहल बा हौसला रोजे,
जिनगी के सुर-ताल न पूछीं।

हम अपने घर में तन्हा बानी,
रिश्ता के मोहज़ाल न पूछीं।

‘संजीव’ कबो हँसत कबो रोवत,
कइसे बितल साल न पूछीं।
