We are looking for a detail-driven Revit Modeler / BIM Technician to join our growing Design & Engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about BIM excellence, coordination, and high-quality construction documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models (LOD 200–400) for Architectural / Structural / MEP disciplines
✔ Produce accurate construction documentation – plans, sections, elevations, details & schedules
✔ Create and manage custom Revit parametric families
✔ Perform clash detection & coordination using Navisworks / Revit tools
✔ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy & constructability

🔹 Required Skills
🔹 Expert proficiency in Revit (latest versions)
🔹 Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC
🔹 Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards & BEP
🔹 Excellent technical drawing interpretation skills
🔹 Ability to work in multi-disciplinary coordination environments

🎓 Qualification
