If your workouts stopped working after 45, the problem usually isn't effort.

It's recovery, hormones, and inputs.

I lift four days a week now, not six. Heavier, slower, more intentional. I sleep seven hours minimum. I eat protein at every meal like it's a job.

And I added Max Strength HCI to my training stack this year — creatine HCl form, so I get the strength support without the bloat and water weight monohydrate used to give me.

Noticed better pumps, drier muscle look, faster between-set recovery.

Train like the age you are, not the age you were. The results follow.
