43 yrs old male patient with big lesion near right ear, had pain and reduced mouth opening. Patient was operated for mouth cancer 2 years back and it came back. After careful evaluation and PET SCAN, he was advised surgery to remove the cancer.
Its been 6 months and patient recovery is excellent as he is resuming work shortly.
