Sr. Technical Lead

Experience in testing software among one of these technologies: html, css, Java, Android, C #, .NET, JS, iOS, Jweb, React Native.
Experience with tools in Android Test Support Library used for UI test automation.
Experienced in AWS and common development tools such as Git, npm, Gulp/WebPack, JSLint, etc.;
Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) or agile software development (SAFe).
Solid knowledge of object-oriented design and service-oriented architecture.
Strong analytic and problem solving skills, process focused, and excellent attention to detail.
Review design documents to understand quality assurance requirements and functionalities to be covered by testing.
Design, produce, execute, and maintain software test cases based on requirements and specifications.
Setup and maintain test environments.
Execute and analyze test cases while documenting, tracking, and reporting on defects.
Assist in troubleshooting by reproducing issues and conducting re-testing after defects are addressed.
Analyze test results to provide comprehensive testing reports;
Update test documents based on bugs and changes to the application.
Write, execute automated tests suites, monitor task automation progress, identify and report issue;
Proactively seeking ways to incorporate creative ideas and methodologies into testing efforts to improve quality and efficiency.

D365 CRM Developer

• Must have 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience
• Expertise in Dynamics CRM customization and configuration. Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM
• Experience of functional and technical aspects of Dynamics CRM solutions specifically of Project service Automation.
• Experience providing support to deployed applications
• Should be familiar with Problem management, incident management and RCA methodologies
•In addition to PSA shall have Hands-on experience in D365 Customer Service and Field Service module and Omni-Channel integrations
• Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C # programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server, SSIS or SSRS
• Working experience on power platform – must have created model driven apps, flows and canvas apps.
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independently.

Experience working on AMS project is a must. Shall have good troubleshooting skills.
