This is why you are not losing fat.
I have spoken with more than 500 people personally on call and I know their biggest pain point.
It is “Even after trying various diet plans they are not able to lose fat permanently”
You gain weight back once you go off the diet or even eat a few days here and there on your vacation. You put on weight easily whereas it takes months and years to see those small changes in their body.
Now, you feel scared to even try cutting down your food as you know you will get results initially but it is not a sustainable way where you can manage your work life and stay hungry at the same time.
If you are someone in the 28-40 age bracket, you know what I’m trying to say.
Fulfilling your own dreams, and daily expenses, having a kid, spending time with your family and excelling in your job while staying hungry feels impossible.
You think you can not focus on two or more things at the same time, and most often you don’t care about your health at present.
You think at present I will spend most of my time earning money by doing the job and later I will focus on my health.
But here’s the sad reality, once you cross 30-35 age, you metabolism will start dropping drastically.
Losing fat and getting in shape will get difficult after every passing year.
After 35 you will not get time to focus on your health as the life stressors will not disappear suddenly.
Maybe you will have another problem than today, but stress will be there.
It’s high time that you start working on your fitness now.
Your metabolism will only improve once you start lifting weights and start building muscles.
Muscles are like assets to our body and they will not only help you look good but eliminate diseases from your life and not gain weight back after the transformation is achieved.
Muscles are very important and if you don’t care about them now, they will not care about your body once you cross 35.
You don’t need to eat less, you need to eat right so that you build muscles a.k.a create assets for your body and stay fit for as long as you want.
