-> Don't believe what they say. Believe their actions. Because sometimes their absence of the drama is much better than their presence

3 tips to end your day peacefully 😌🌌

1. Dim your lights in your room after your dinner. It will send your brain the signal that it's time to sleep and relax.

2. Read a book or listen to podcasts before you sleep. You can also look for theta brain wave binaural beats on YouTube. Listen to that and sleep. This will help you distract from all the stressful thoughts that come just before sleeping

3. If you want to watch something then watch something informative in nature. The whole day you don't get time to build on your knowledge and skill so let this be the time to do that.
