Meeting held with Addl Chief Secretary , Secretary and Spl Secretary cm Controlling Authority Home, on the agenda to augment employment of Ex service man in Pvt Security.
However the meeting was Ex Servicemen employment centric but the whole vista of Pvt Security issues were discussed in a very enlightened atmosphere of open house deliberation.
Issues discussed today
1) Tendering and zero service charge
2). Separate pay scale for ESM
Training Centre standardization and recognition by Home
3) Routing of Pvt Security Training through Home
3) Funding of training Center to make some model centres of national level
3) To study Raksha Training centre, by GMR, by Home
4) Different level of training of Security guard
5) To avail the list of available ESMs for employment on Home site for PSAs to source
6) To quicken the implementation of PSARA Model Rule 2020, in Bihar, without delay now
7) To enforce the PSARA License and it's labour law conditions in administration of tenders in public sectors
and a lot more.
