Bhatt ki Churkani
Ingredients –
• Bhatt ki dal (Black Soya Bean)
• 1 Pyaz kata hua (1 onion Chopped)
• Adrak Lehsun paste (Garlic ginger paste)
• Dhaniya powder (Coriender powder)
• Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
• Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder)
• Jeera and hing (cumin seed and hing)
• Namak (Salt)
• Garam Masala ( Garam masala powder)
• Gehu ka aatta ( Wheat flour)
Recipe –
• In first step wash bhatt ki dal and strain the water from the dal.
• Now put a pan over gas stove and heat some oil.
• After heating the oil fry bhatt ki dal and keep aside.
• In same oil add jeera, hing, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, stir the mixture until it turns golden brown.
• Now add dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala and salt (according to taste)
• Mix it and when you feel its aromatic smell now add fried bhatt ki dal and 3 table spoon gehu ka aatta (wheat flour) and fry until it turns golden brown.
• After it turns golden brown add hot water according to your dal. Now reduce the flame on boiling.
• After half an hour your bhatt ki churkani is ready for eat.
• Serve your dal with green coriander leaves.
(Use only iron pan for Pahadi dishes. It gives taste and colour to your food)
