🇮🇳 Indian research firm DRDO's MGS(Mounted Gun System).

It is ATAGS (Advance Towed Artillery Gun System) mounted on a high mobility 8x8 BEML truck (Bharat Earth Movers Limited).

The system attained a maximum striking range of 45 kilometres in the user trials & maximum speed of 80 kilometres. The elevation angle of the gun is 0 to +72 degrees.

The gun system has the capacity to carry 24 projectiles & required amount of Bi-modular charge systems (BMCS).

Bofors L-70 40mm Anti Aircraft Artillery is now being used as a Counter UAV solution by India 🇮🇳
