Jhamtse Gatsal Children's Community is working to foster a compassionate culture in the school and community by using the SEE Learning® program to cultivate social, emotional and ethical capacities as well as develop their resilience and attention skills.
SEE Learning® has helped teachers develop a better understanding of their students and cater to their students' different needs in a better manner. Students feel more connected with their teachers and they get to learn better.

This complements the ethos of the SEE Learning® program. SEE Learning® is integrated in all the subjects like maths, social science etc., across all classes.

This well-being goal goes hand-in-hand with the ideologies of SEE Learning® They have an army of Junior Master teachers which is like a learning community. Each Junior Master teacher represents their respective school and works beyond their key role to deep dive ino SEE Learning® and take it back to their schools. These Junior Master teachers are guided and supported by the Senior Master teachers who are L1 certified and design engaging training sessions for the Junior Master teachers every month.
