MediaSpace DMEJC is an open access, peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary academic annual media journal. It endeavors to serve as the leading forum for a thoughtful and scholarly engagement for a broad range of complex issues at the intersection of media, law, public policy and social change in the world.

The Inaugural session of the International Conference on Transgender Identity and Rights in South Asia kick started today as a sure step towards decentralising academia.

Let's head to cities beyond the political centres and their academic circles because such discussions on Transgender Identity and Rights need to happen everywhere. Because caste, class and gender privileges blind us equally regardless of our geographical locations.
