A large part of the weight lost is just WATER WEIGHT with the help of of very strict diet and Sauna suite running.

🔴Don't make fool of yourself by watching posts on social media claiming that magic fat loss within days. Most of them are fake or very unhealthy.
✅Speaking of quick Weight loss , professional athletes or someone with requirements of being under a particular weight category use such methods of water weight loss just to weigh less for that particular day. Most of this Weight comes back as soon as they roll back to their normal diet and exercise routine.
Having said that it's not easy at all and require a tons of dedication and hard work . And it's successfully achieved by our brother here.
