Job description for individual contributor-
Position :- Talent Acquisition Consultant / Sourcing Specialist

Location :- Karkardooma, East Delhi

Timings :- 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days : 5.5 Days ( Second and Forth Saturdays Fixed Off)

-Someone having experience in recruitments into any domain atleast for 6 months would be preferred.

-Technical know-how of using job portals like Naukri, Monster and times is a must.

-Experience into end to end recruitments is a must.

-Must have target oriented approach.

-Must know the entire recruitment cycle.

-Experience in Domains like BPO, KPO, Insurance, Banking, IT, E-commerce, Pharma, etc would be preffered.

Hiring For Level 2 Support:

Description-

· Provides L1.5 technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems by telephone and email.

· Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.

· Typically, the Analyst level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customer and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.

· Shift: Rotational shift.

· Qualification: Graduate with minimum 6 months+ experience in a technical support role

· Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows XP, Win 7/8 Operating system, PC Hardware, Basic Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Networking, Messaging, and MS Office, COTS applications etc.

· Must be able to speak fluent English & possess excellent writing and comprehension skills & with excellent customer handling skills

Max CTC- 4.8 LPA+ shift allowances

Shifts: Rotational

4 PM onwards-400/shift
7 PM onwards-400/shift
6:30 AM onwards-250/shift
General shift no allowance


Transport: Shuttle service one side and cab one side
