Though I am dealing in purchase and sale of properties in Bhubaneswar, yet I am not satisfied with the high valuation of properties in Bhubaneswar compared to other cities in India. The entire world may see a recession from the starting of 2023 as per some economists. So if you want to purchase a house or plot in Bhubaneswar from your hard earned money, then I will suggest to wait for another six months.
