The Kerala High Court has held that a comment on a woman’s “body structure” is a sexually coloured remark which would constitute penal offence of sexual harassment!
India is about time to change the way we look at each other. The context maybe different for each one of us. But every human is going through something and commenting on bodies is INSENSITIVE.
