Let the past go.
A lot of us usually hang on to the mistakes that we’ve made in the past and carry the guilt with us in our journey.
That burden tends to slow us down and acts as an obstacle in the journey of life.
Free yourself from those burdens, it was a mistake, and it is fine.
Learn from it and move on.
There’s a lot more to come, be prepared from what’s to come rather than thinking about what’s gone.

Almost all the time , we realise the importance of something after a great loss.
And sometimes , people don’t understand somethings even after a great loss.
Deaths due to ignorance of mental health issues is one of those situations.
‘s su***de has not only made me thoughtful about how badly people are in need of mental support but the comments and questions from the society made me realise on why don’t we a see a change in graph.
People don’t understand the difference between “State of Being” and “State of Mind” and that is one of the reasons there is illiteracy with such sensitive yet important topic.
A good State of Being doesn’t really imply a good State of Mind.
Before we talk about solutions, let us all get a basic understanding of the situation.

Life is tough. We don’t know what one is going thru. Be kind.
We never know what’s going on with someone. Never be so buried in your worries that you never open up. Talk to friends, family or even strangers for that matter, but talk things out.
It’s never too late to speak up, it’s never too late to cry out, it’s never too late to start things all over again.
Speak Up People. Talk it out or make people speak up w you.
