We hurt ourselves because we obess about the end of our journeys. Last week I wasnt feeling the best of me and so to pamper myself I made this cake and I realized that we need to focus on staying in the moment, on being grateful for where we are. Accepting change can be difficult but it shouldn't be the end for us to try new things!
