1️⃣ The art of relationship building:

From the get-go, Rechelle was very clear that she wanted a long-term relationship.

- Many clients say that, but very few believe in building a relationship.
- A relationship has to go beyond transactional benefits.
- A relationship is always two-sided.

Rechelle always made sure that it happened.

- She would go out of the way to give us shoutouts.

- She hosted me when I was in the USA for a grand dinner, and the same thing with Shantanu.

- We have not seen any other laundromat promote themselves like Rechelle.
- The kind of graphics & designs she uses are really attention-grabbing.

We have also done something out of the box like that with our project Baarah.

4️⃣ Grit:

Rechelle is a minority in the field of work she is in.

It needs sheer grit and determination to keep making an impact when you are a minority.

And she has always been on top of her work to showcase what the American dream truly is.

5️⃣ The team building & management skills:

Rechelle, just like us, holds her team very closely.

She has had people working with her for years and a very low attrition rate because of her strong team-building skills.

And we've seen the people she works with and they all truly respect Rachelle and the brand, Juliette.
