Lemon Tawa Chicken
Full protein fat free
Ingredients:- 200 gm chicken breast chopped, 5 spoon yogurt, 2 onion chopped, 1 bell pepper chopped, a bit of ginger, 1/4 spoon turmeric powder, 1/4 red spice, 1/2 spoon salt, 1 slice of pineapple chopped, 1 lemon.
How to make it:-
1. Take 5 spoon yoghurt & mix 1/4 chilli powder, 1/2 salt, 1/4 turmeric powder.
2. Mix it and add 1 lemon in it & 2 spoon olive oil(optional).
3. Mix chicken in it & bell pepper & onion, pineapple, ginger etc.
4. Mix the whole items in a proper way.
5. Let you tawa heat up on gas for 2 minutes, then spread the item on tawa.
6. Let the item untouched for 9-10 minutes( Don't cook it more then it else the products in it will start getting saturated fat which is not good for health).
7. After 10 mins when all the liquid got steamed bake it for 5 minutes.
8. Ready to eat.
