Srijita earned her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, where she was awarded the Silver Medal for academic excellence.

Her expertise includes public speaking, interpersonal communication, and effective business writing.

An avid Rotarian, Srijita is dedicated to serving youth and society at large.
