Lipika Dudhoria (), a Master in Business Administration opened her own designer blouse studio, V Cut () in 2014. The goal is to organize the unorganized darzi sector and provide a fast, on-the-go solution to every woman's blouse stitching problem.

Following the vow to guarantee its service reach as many people as quickly as possible and the pledge to make Indian clothing more accessible and more inexpensive, V-Cut started expanding to have 25 stores this calendar year. For the Indian consumer, V-Cut represents the growing and rising trend of rapid fashion and speedy deliveries.

After becoming well-known in the fashion industry, Lipika decided to work with her brother to renovate their ancestral palace in Murshidabad. The "Bari Kothi" (), which is 4 hours from Kolkata, situated on the banks of the River Ganges, was miraculously transformed over 5 years into the first rustic, opulent historical hotel of East India.

Lipika and Darshan, a brother and sister team, hired Dr. Samar Chandra, a Canadian restoration specialist architect, to restore Bari Kothi, which eventually became a zero-waste project. Bari Kothi operates on the concept of adaptive reuse and is entirely maintained by the neighbourhood. In Bari Kothi, Lipika Dudhoria is head of all operations. Along with her brother, they built the region's first heritage hotel, opening the door to environmentally friendly and socially responsible travel that makes full use of the neighbourhood.

Bari Kothi currently has 15 suites, 3 dining options, and 50+ carefully chosen experiences. In line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, Bari Kothi actively promotes ethical and eco-friendly travel. Every decision is based on its dedication to serving the neighbourhood in which it works. Since its start, Bari Kothi has focused exclusively on rethinking and redesigning tourism.

Rachit completed his BA (Hons.) in Business Management from the University of Wolverhampton, also holds an M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Enterprise Development from the University of Westminster. As a Co-Founder of Funding Possibilities, a Dubai-based extension of MI Capital's technology division, Rachit is creating a Fintech platform to make it easier to complete equity, debt, mergers and acquisitions agreements. On January 27, 2023, at The H Hotel in Dubai, they officially launched, "Encouraging Entrepreneurship in Emirates".
Rachit has worked as a partner at JB Ventures, a reputable micro fund with 10+ investments and an aim to invest in 30 startups per year. Travelling the world, working with young companies, and meeting prolific people have all aided Rachit in keeping up with the newest trends and tastes, moulded his thoughts, allowing him to deliver noteworthy work.
