We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware repair, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*Repair Technician Duties:*
- Diagnose and repair a variety of computer hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform upgrades on existing hardware systems and install new components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order.

*Sales Duties:*
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing computer hardware and accessories.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain product displays and inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked sales floor.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and products to better assist customers.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in computer hardware repair and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of computer components and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
