A general meeting for the formation of the LADA Area Development Committee (Sijingwah) was successfully held today, 14th March 2026, at D&D Home Stay, Seppa, under the chairmanship of Shri Jalley Sonam. The meeting was attended by Head GBs, GBs, public leaders, youths intellectuals, Puroik and representatives from the villages of Tawe, Gikung, Liyak, Peo, Satuk Dungko and Rapung.
During the meeting, the house unanimously selected Shri Dungro Tawe as the Chairman (President) and Shri Pacha Rapung as the General Secretary of the LADA Area Development Committee (Sijingwah).
The meeting concluded with a commitment that the newly formed committee will work for the unity, development, and welfare of the people of Lada Circle.

Straight message from AE Aspirant to those who thought Newly elected Ansu President Shri Lezend Gyadi is not capable leader to hold and serve the community as as a president ansu.

A Perspective from an Aspirant: In Defense of Truth and Action
I am speaking from an aspirant’s perspective—not to blindly support anyone, but to present the facts as they are. People on social media often criticize "Achi Legend Gyadi" for having a "rough tongue." I suggest they meet him personally. He may have a harsh exterior, but he is completely genuine and kind-hearted on the inside.

As an aspirant, I won't speak for others, but I can tell you that a lot was going wrong with the engineering exams. I was one of the frontline activists. Who fought to get the Assistant Engineer (AE) exam postponed? It was Legend Gyadi . He went to the APPSC office, confronted them, and ensured the exam was cancelled and extended. Because of his efforts, candidates from the second list were able to become Assistant Engineers. If it weren't for him, they would have been deprived of their opportunity. Those who benefited from that second list—please give a special thanks to Legend Gyadi and his ANSU team.

He also ensured the Junior Engineer (JE) exam was conducted properly, preventing many candidates from being unfairly deprived. Thanks to him and his team, all seats will be filled; none will go vacant.

Addressing the Critics
Some might say, "This was bound to happen anyway," or criticize us for speaking up just because we have access to the internet. To those people: have you ever tried raising your voice against the APPSC? They are incredibly adamant. I have been an aspirant and a frontline activist; I know the struggle and the pain we faced. We requested the APPSC repeatedly, and they wouldn't listen to anyone. Finally, they listened to Legend Gyadi and his ANSU team. Whether the world likes it or not, he delivered results for us engineering aspirants.

On Leadership Style
Regarding his nature—he leads a pressure group. One has to be strong and assertive. Who listens to someone who speaks softly in this day and age? When you are in a pressure group, you are there to exert pressure, not to talk sweetly. We need daring, courageous leaders in these groups, not weak ones.

I am also a 2nd list AE aspirant. While I did not make the final list, others did. This credit goes entirely to Legend Gyadi and the ANSU team. It doesn't matter what others say; the fact that he heard the voices of deprived students and took effective action is a huge deal. I hope he continues to work with this student-centric approach in the future.

I would rather spend my time and energy on books than waste it on student elections where candidates only remember you during election time!
