ITANAGAR: The Voice of Unemployed Laboratory Technicians (VULT) has demanded the immediate advertisement of 192 vacant Laboratory Technician posts under the Health Department. During a press briefing, the organization opposed outsourcing and PPP models in laboratory services and called for the cancellation of the tender awarded to M/s ASR Private Company. VULT warned of peaceful democratic agitation, including dharnas and rallies, if its demands are not met by June 13.
