Why you should stop trying to lose weight by starving diet & exercising when I know the hack of weight loss
In Feb 2023, I got the perfect recipe for weight loss, which was sustainable & no weight rebound took place after completing my weight loss journey in which I reduced 27 Kg weight in 4 months.
Previously, I asked for suggestions from friends & relatives. I got advice on waking up at 04:00 AM daily, which will reduce weight gradually, but it didn’t work out as it was not sustainable. Many of them said, Do more & more workout & Gym. I also tried a starving watermelon diet by which I got weakness & hair loss took place. I never wanted to go for bariatric surgery as it was having side effects and future restrictions were also there. I never realized how hard it is to sustainably lose weight. I spent two years and thousands of rupees experimenting with various weight loss methods. I was losing hope for weight loss, then God listened to my request & miracle happened.
My search for the perfect solution ended when I found the “Fit Family Hit Family” community on Facebook & Instagram. I was sceptical initially as I had previously also tried so many ways. It didn't take long for me to realize that the community is focused on the scientific aspects of weight loss.
I realized the mistake was my own. I asked people who have listened to something about weight loss by someone who had told them about short-term weight loss techniques & not a solution. Instead of making an informed decision based on facts, I made the mistake of seeking opinions from people who haven't achieved sustainable weight loss. I wish I could find “Fit Family Hit Family” in my initial days of weight loss.
