Strange Love is based on true incidents and it will leave the audience very affected.

The juries stated, “Vice Enquiry is a well researched film which has sowed the seed of a much larger exploration of the nexus of drug issues in Manipur connecting to the global scenario.”

The Jury’s Choice Award has been given to the Director Soram Inaoba from Manipur.
