Every child is a trust from Allah, deserving of love, protection, and mercy. Some sleep in warm homes, while others spend their nights under the open sky, surrounded by fear, hunger, and loss. As believers, we are commanded to show compassion to the weak, care for orphans, and never turn away from those in need.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“I and the one who cares for an orphan will be together in Paradise like this,” and he held his index and middle fingers together.
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5304)

Today, let us raise our hands in sincere du’a for every child suffering from war, displacement, poverty, and oppression.

“O Allah, be their Guardian when they have no guardian, protect them with Your infinite mercy, grant them safety, ease their hardships, heal their wounds, and replace their fear with peace. Indeed, You are the Best of Protectors.”

May Allah make us among those who support the oppressed, care for the vulnerable, and never become heedless of their suffering. Ameen.
